Spartan Combat Sports is a martial arts gym in Downtown Redwood City. We offer MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Combat Sambo for adults and kids, from beginners to experienced athletes. Classes are coach-led and focused on technique, conditioning, and getting better with every session.
